Whether you have previous school-based experience or are looking to begin a career in education, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the classroom while gaining valuable experience in a secondary school setting.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers to support students both academically and personally. You may provide whole-class support, work with small groups, or offer one-to-one assistance to students who require additional help.

*Assisting students in the classroom to help them achieve their potential.
*Working with small groups and individual students.
*Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement with learning.
*Supporting students with additional educational needs where required.
*Helping to create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For
*A passion for working with young people.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*A patient, flexible and positive approach.
*Previous experience working with children, young people or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
*Graduates, aspiring teachers and experienced Teaching Assistants are all encouraged to apply.
