Job Description:
Full job descriptionFreightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Customer Service Agent for a worldwide Freight Forwarder based in the Ashford, Middlesex area.
Daily Duties
*Quoatations
*Completing all documentation
*Arranging shipments (Import and Export)
*Dealing with customers (telephone and email)
*Monitoring shipments and updating clients on the shipments progress
*Customer Service (Building and maintaining relationships)
Key Skills
*Experience within freight forwarding (Import or Export)
*Customer service skills.
*IT Literate
Working hours are Monday to Friday
