The Opportunity We are partnering with a rapidly growing, Private Equity-backed market leader that is entering an exciting phase of expansion and transformation. Following significant investment and ambitious growth plans, the business is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in driving commercial insight, strategic decision-making, and financial performance across the organisation.

The Role Reporting into senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of core FP&A activities while acting as a key business partner to stakeholders across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
*Leading budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
*Delivering insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
*Producing board-level reporting and executive presentations
*Driving improvements in reporting, forecasting accuracy and financial processes
*Supporting commercial performance reviews and KPI development
*Partnering with operational and commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and risks
*Supporting business transformation initiatives and strategic projects
*Providing detailed variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders
The Candidate We are looking for an ambitious finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, complex environments and can confidently influence senior stakeholders.
You will ideally possess:
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification
*Strong FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering experience
*Experience gained within a large, complex organisation or multinational environment
*A track record of operating in high-growth, changing businesses
*Excellent analytical, modelling and reporting skills
*Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
*The ability to work at pace whilst maintaining attention to detail
*A proactive mindset with a desire to drive continuous improvement
