Full job descriptionOur client is a growing business based in Maidenhead with an expanding portfolio and an excellent reputation for developing its people. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit a commercially minded Finance Manager to join their high-performing finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified accountant who enjoys partnering with operational stakeholders, providing commercial insight, and influencing business decisions within a fast-paced environment.

The Role
Key responsibilities include:
*Partner with operational teams to provide commercial financial support and influence key business decision.
*Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and financial appraisals
*lMonitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities while providing meaningful recommendations.
*Produce accurate management information and support monthly reporting and business planning.
*Maintain robust financial controls and ensure the integrity of financial data.
*Support tax, audit and wider compliance requirements.
*Review project costs, profitability and business performance through insightful analysis.
*Build strong relationships across the business, presenting financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.
*Drive continuous improvements across finance processes, reporting and systems.
*Support and mentor junior finance team members while contributing to wider finance initiatives.
About You
*Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
*Previous experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role
*Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills.
*Excellent business partnering and stakeholder management experience.
*Advanced Excel skills and strong financial systems knowledge.
*A proactive, commercially focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
*Experience within property, construction or another project-based environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
