We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to deliver both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities
*Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
*Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
*Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF units, pumps, and motors.
*Complete general plumbing works, including TMV servicing, tap replacements, and pipework repairs.
*Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
*Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks.
*Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance.
*Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance documentation.
Requirements
*City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning.
*Proven experience in commercial building services maintenance.
*Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
*Good customer service and communication skills.
*Full UK driving licence.
Salary & Benefits
*Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
*£43,000 – £45,000 per annum
