We are working on behalf of a valued client in Doncaster, seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical oversight within a Day Centre setting.
This role is ideal for a nurse with experience supporting individuals with complex clinical needs in community or day service environments.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide clinical leadership and oversight within the Day Centre
*Ensure safe delivery of care in line with clinical policies and best practice
*Support and advise care staff on complex clinical needs
*Liaise with multidisciplinary teams as required
*Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
Essential Experience / Knowledge:
Candidates must have experience and/or sound knowledge in the following areas:
*Suctioning
*PEG care and enteral feeding
*Laryngectomy care
*Tracheostomy care
*Epilepsy management
Requirements:
*Registered Nurse (NMC registered – Adult or Learning Disabilities)
*Experience working with complex care needs
*Confident working independently and providing clinical guidance
*Available for the full contract period
