Are you an experienced telephone professional looking for your next challenge?
We are recruiting on behalf of a highly successful financial services organisation based in Tamworth, with two full-time and one part-time opportunities available.
This is NOT a sales role. You’ll be speaking with customers to recover outstanding balances and agree suitable payment solutions in a professional and empathetic manner.
We would love to hear from candidates with experience in:*Collections
*Invoice chasing
*Credit control
*Debt recovery
*Telesales
*Outbound call centres
*Customer service with high-volume telephone experience
*Recent graduates with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
