SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly service department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term opportunity, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

You’ll be joining a well established team with a wealth of experience, supporting engineers and customers with day-to-day service administration. If you enjoy a varied role, speaking with customers and keeping everything organised, this could be a great fit.

The role
*Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone and email
*Providing administrative support to the service department
*Managing customer assets and updating information accurately on the system
*Raising quotations for extended warranties and service contracts, then following these through
*Preparing contracts, purchase orders and invoices
*Processing orders for smaller spare parts
*Updating and maintaining customer records using Salesforce, ERP and field service management systems
*Supporting the wider team with general administration

About you
*Previous administration and customer service experience
*Confident speaking with customers over the phone and via email
*Strong IT skills and comfortable learning new systems
*Organised with excellent attention to detail
*Able to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
*A positive, proactive approach with a willingness to support the wider team
