Our client is seeking a Housing Officer to join their established housing team. Based from the Greenham office one day per week, you’ll enjoy a varied role combining home working, office-based work, and regular community visits.
The Role:
*Deliver tenancy, leasehold, and neighbourhood management services.
*Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing a high-quality service.
*Build strong relationships with local authorities, community groups, and partner agencies.
*Support neighbourhood improvements and help shape services based on customer feedback.
*Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in tenancy, leasehold, or neighbourhood management.
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*Ability to build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
*Good understanding of landlord services and housing management.
*Confident using digital systems and Microsoft Office.
*Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
