What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
*Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
*Conducting property viewings and providing feedback
*Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
*Progressing sales from offer agreed through to completion
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Generating new business opportunities
*Updating and maintaining accurate CRM records
*Supporting compliance with current property legislation
*Representing the company professionally at all times

*Previous experience in residential property sales or a strong desire to start a career in estate agency
*Good communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional and confident manner

*Full UK driving licence and own vehicle preferred
*Industry qualifications beneficial but not essential
