What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service for landlords and tenants
*Overseeing day-to-day property management operations including maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters
*Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers
*Supporting and mentoring team members to help maintain service standards and efficiency
*Ensuring all property management processes comply with current legislation and best practice
*Handling complex issues, problem-solving effectively and providing support on escalated matters
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Extensive experience within residential property management
*Strong understanding of lettings legislation and compliance requirements
*ARLA qualification desirable
*Previous experience managing or supporting team members preferred
*Excellent customer service and communication skills
*Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
*Confident, professional and able to build strong working relationships
*Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
