As Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, winning new instructions, developing landlord relationships and leading a successful lettings team.
You will play a key role in achieving business objectives, ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation, including the Renters’ Rights reforms, and maintaining the highest standards of service throughout the customer journey.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator:
*Leading, motivating and developing the lettings team to achieve individual and branch targets
*Winning new instructions and growing the lettings portfolio through business development activities
*Carrying out market appraisals and providing expert advice to landlords
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants and prospective clients
*Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation and the Renters’ Rights reforms
*Monitoring performance, reporting on key objectives and maintaining exceptional customer service standards
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
*ARLA qualified or willing to work towards the qualification
*Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities
*Good knowledge of residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements
*Full UK driving licence
*Knowledge of the Southampton property market would be advantageous
