We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care at Cygnet Hospital Harrow.
You will be expected to work 38.5 hours a week (days and night shifts) making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care.
*Day shifts– 7:15am – 7:45pm
*Night shifts– 7:30pm – 07:30am
Cygnet Hospital Harrow provides a recovery focused service treating a wide range of mental health problems. We also offer specialist diagnostic, assessment and inpatient services for individuals with mental health needs and who also have a dual diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder

Your Day-to-Day…
• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean
environment for all
