We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Sourcing Specialist/ Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, supporting a large-scale recruitment campaign within a technical engineering environment.
This is not a traditional recruitment role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on sourcing hard-to-find talent, enjoys the challenge of identifying niche engineering professionals, and has the resilience and creativity to build high-quality candidate pipelines through a variety of sourcing methods.
Key Responsibilities -
*Develop and deliver sourcing strategies for technical and engineering vacancies.
*Proactively identify and engage passive candidates using a range of sourcing channels.
*Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
*Spend time on-site initially to gain a thorough understanding of the business, technical roles, competitors, and recruitment requirements.
*Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, providing regular updates and market insights.
*Travel to site regularly to maintain stakeholder relationships and ensure sourcing activity aligns with business priorities.
*Work closely with the hiring team to support a successful recruitment campaign.
About You -
*Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or executive search, ideally within engineering or another technical sector.
*Strong sourcing skills with experience identifying passive candidates through multiple channels.
*Confident building relationships with stakeholders and influencing Hiring Managers.
*Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work proactively with minimal supervision.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills.
*Willingness to travel to site regularly as required.
