People Solutions are currently recruiting for a General Operative to join our well-established client based in Appleton Thorn.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay and ongoing work. Own transport is required due to the site’s location.
This role will suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Production Operative or Warehouse Assistant.
Rates of Pay:
*£13.69 per hour
Shift Pattern:
*Monday to Friday – 06:00-14:00 OR 10:00-18:00

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as a General Operative are:
*Manual handling of goods
*Cleaning equipment and work areas
*Moving stock throughout the warehouse
*Maintaining a safe and organised working environment at all times
*Supporting general warehouse and operational duties as required
Essential Skills:
To be successful as a General Operative, you will need:
*A hardworking and reliable attitude
*The ability to work effectively as part of a team
*A good level of spoken English
*Comfortable conducting manual handling requirements
*Good attention to detail
*Previous experience within a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment
*Experience carrying out manual handling duties
*Must have reliable transport to the site or live locally, due to the location of the site and the shift times
Training:
*Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
