Role: Employment Solicitor
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid
CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded regional law firm as they look to appoint an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a respected practice with an established client base, offering a broad mix of respondent and claimant employment work. The successful candidate will enjoy genuine autonomy, high-quality instructions, and the support of a collaborative and experienced team.

The Role
You will manage your own varied caseload of employment matters while providing practical, commercially focused advice to both businesses and individuals. Matters are likely to include:
*Advising employers on day-to-day HR and employment law issues.
*Managing disciplinary, grievance and capability matters.
*Drafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies and staff handbooks.
*Advising on redundancy, restructuring and settlement agreements.
*Handling Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to conclusion.
*Advising employees on workplace disputes, discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims.
*Supporting business development initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
*Qualified Solicitor status in England & Wales.
*Previous experience handling a broad employment law caseload.
*Strong knowledge of current employment legislation and tribunal procedures.
*Excellent communication and client care skills.
*The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
*A commercial, proactive and solutions-focused approach.
*A desire to contribute to the continued growth and success of the department.
