The Role*Lead the design and delivery of projects throughout all RIBA work stages
*Manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and budget objectives are achieved
*Coordinate internal design teams, consultants and external stakeholders
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, leading meetings and presenting design proposals
*Ensure project milestones are delivered efficiently and to a high technical standard
*Contribute to the continued success and growth of the practice through collaborative working
The Ideal Candidate*Qualified Architect with significant post-qualification experience
*Proven experience delivering leisure sector projects
*Strong proficiency in both Revit and AutoCAD
*Confident managing client relationships and leading project meetings
*Demonstrable experience managing architectural projects independently
*Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and technically accomplished work
*Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
*Passionate about delivering high-quality architecture within a collaborative studio environment
