Location: Worcester
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Peak Season (October-November): Rotating weekly shifts (6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm)
Overtime: Regular overtime available, paid at enhanced rates.
Are you an experienced Production Operative looking for a stable days-based role with plenty of overtime and the opportunity to work on premium, bespoke products?
The Role
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for:
*Operating CNC and production machinery to manufacture bespoke products.
*Loading materials and monitoring machine performance.
*Carrying out quality checks using measuring equipment.
*Reading and following production drawings and job sheets.
*Changing tooling and making basic machine adjustments where required.
*Working closely with colleagues to meet production schedules.
*Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards.
The Candidate
To be successful in this Production Operative role, you’ll ideally have:
*Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery.
*Experience working within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
*A good eye for detail and commitment to producing quality work.
*A positive attitude and willingness to work overtime during busy periods.
