As Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, working closely with landlords, tenants and contractors to ensure tenancies are managed efficiently and in line with current legislation.
You will handle a wide range of day-to-day property management matters, resolve issues promptly and provide a professional, organised service while maintaining high standards of communication throughout the tenancy.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
*Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to tenancy end
*Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve maintenance issues efficiently
*Arranging repairs, inspections and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
*Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation, including the Renters’ Rights reforms
*Maintaining accurate property records and updating the CRM system
*Delivering a professional and responsive service while building strong client relationships
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in residential Property Management is essential
*Good knowledge of current residential lettings legislation and compliance requirements
*Experience using a property CRM system; knowledge of Street software would be advantageous but is not essential
*Excellent organisational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
*Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
*Strong IT skills and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively
*Able to work independently as well as part of a busy team
*Positive, proactive and professional approach with excellent customer service skills
