In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring system integrity, and maintaining rigorous governance in relation to procurement processes. Key Responsibilities*Oversee daily procurement operational processes and ensure strict compliance with internal policies.
*Manage and enhance procurement systems, databases, and digital tools to ensure data accuracy.
*Deliver performance reporting and provide actionable insights through comprehensive spend and operational data analysis.
*Administer procurement agreements and coordinate the execution of commercial documentation.
*Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with Finance, Legal, and internal stakeholders.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and procurement capabilities.
Qualifications*Proven experience in procurement operations, supply chain, or business administration.
*Strong analytical skills with experience in business systems and reporting tools.
*Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
*Professional procurement qualification (e.g., CIPS) is considered a desirable asset.
What We Offer*Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
*Location: Witney.
*Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experience
*Contract: 12 months
