This is an exciting opportunity to become a key member of a busy Supply Chain team within a successful organisation experiencing significant growth.As a Purchasing Executive, you will support procurement activities, supplier performance, quality compliance, stock availability and efficient supply chain operations.Key Tasks:
*Managing purchase orders from placement through to delivery
*Monitoring supplier performance, quality and compliance
*Building strong supplier and freight partner relationships
*Supporting sourcing and supplier selection
*Resolving delivery, quality and documentation issues
*Tracking stock levels and supporting inventory management
*Coordinating inbound shipments and logistics activities
*Supporting process improvements and reporting
What We’re Looking For*Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or logistics
*Understanding of import/export procedures and international shipping
*Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
*Excellent attention to detail
*Confident using spreadsheets and business systems
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
