We are looking for an organised, resilient, and proactive Production Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our aggregates business. The successful candidate will be primarily based at one site but will also provide cover across 3 other production sites during holidays and periods of absence.
Key Responsibilities*Provide administrative support to the production and site management teams.
*Process production and dispatch documentation accurately and efficiently.
*Manage driver paperwork and assist drivers at the site office/service window.
*Respond to frequent enquiries from drivers and site personnel in a professional and timely manner.
*Maintain accurate production records and filing systems.
*Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth site operations.
*Provide administrative cover at Newark, Bawtry and Finningley sites as required.
*Support compliance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
The ideal candidate:*Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within aggregates, construction, logistics or a similar operational environment.
*Excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple interruptions throughout the day.
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
*Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
