This Role: This is joining a procurement function in growth mode - shaping frameworks, influencing stakeholders, and driving measurable performance improvements across the business. You’ll work closely with Category Managers and senior procurement leaders;
Expect to:
*Lead sourcing projects primarily across Professional Services category
*Pro-actively drive and seek new commercial opportunities
*Influencing stakeholders
*Drive spend analytics and performance insights
*Influence supplier strategies
*Build category tools and templates
*Develop commercial acumen fast
What We’re Looking For
*Procurement experience within Profesional Services category (ie corporate services, consultancy services, advisory services or people services etc)
*Strong negotiation and stakeholder communication skills
*Passionate about working in an pro-active ambitious, changeable, people focussed business
*Confident communicator with an engaging personality and an inquisitive nature
*Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data sets and extracting insights from procurement data
*Knowledge of sourcing principles and supplier management
*Enjoys working in fast paced environment, autonomously
