Job Title: 7.5t Driver
Hiring Company: DHL (Argos)
Work Location: Argos Depot, Kettering c


Job Role:


*Completing multi-drop Home Deliveries into customers’ homes
*Working as part of a 2-person crew (alongside a Drivers Mate)
*Delivering a range of bulky household goods (White Goods up to 80kg, furniture, electricals etc)
*Completing between 35-45 deliveries per shift
*Providing excellent Customer Service – being friendly when delivering, calling ahead to customers etc.
Requirements for the role:


*Category C1 (7.5t) Driving License
*Valid CPC and Tacho Cards
*Physically fit – Lifting aids will be provided along with manual handling training, however the role will require you to lift heavy goods up flights of stairs and into customers homes.
*Friendly, polite nature – you will be the face of the business!


Shift Times & Pay Rates:


*06:00 start time
*Shift length will vary as the position is "Job & Knock" – Meaning that you finish whenever the deliveries are completed.
*Average shift length will be around 10-12 hours.


Shift Pattern
*Tuesday till Saturday 06:00 am
*Sunday till Thursday 06:00 am




Initial Pay Rate: £15.31 per hour
Overtime Pay Rate: £21.35 per hour
