Do you thrive on building positive relationships and helping young people overcome barriers to learning?
A fantastic Alternative Provision in Westminster is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work with students aged 11-16 who have SEMH needs and challenging behaviour.
No two days are the same in this rewarding role.
Responsibilities:*Supporting students with SEMH and behavioural needs
*Managing behaviour using restorative approaches
*Delivering mentoring sessions
*Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff
Ideal Candidate:*Youth work, mentoring or behaviour experience
*Calm under pressure
*Strong communication skills
*Passion for making a genuine difference
