Pertemps Milton Keynes are currently recruiting HGV Class 2 (Category C) Night Drivers for ongoing work based in Northampton.

Whether you’re an experienced driver or have recently passed your Class 2 test, this is an excellent opportunity to secure regular work with competitive rates of pay and a flexible working pattern.

Location: Northa*mpton
*Shift Pattern: Any 5 days from 7
*Start Times: Between 15:30 and 18:00



The Role
As an HGV Class 2 Night Driver, you will be responsible for:

*Completing multi-drop deliveries across the region
*Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
*Loading and unloading deliveries where required
*Carrying out daily vehicle checks
*Completing delivery paperwork accurately
*Maintaining high levels of customer service
*Adhering to Driver Hours regulations and company procedures


Pay Rates*£19.93 per hour
*£24.54 per hour Saturday & Sunday
*£14.64 shift premium paid per shift


RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:

*A valid Category C (Class 2) Licence
*Valid Driver CPC Qualification
*Valid Digital Tachograph Card
*Newly passed drivers are welcome to apply
*No more than 6 penalty points
*No CU, DD, DR or TT endorsements
*A professional and reliable attitude to work
*Good communication and customer service skills
