The role of the Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor will involve:
*Assistant Quantity Surveyor position dealing with various permitted development residential conversion projects
*Assist with procurement of subcontract packages
*Measure works and prepare valuations
*Process subcontractor payments
*Assist with cost reporting and CVRs
*Manage variations and compensation events
*Attend site and commercial meetings
*Support the QS with final accounts
*Help maintain project budgets and forecasts
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor industry with:
*Must be a recent Quantity Surveyor graduate
*Experience within Permitted Development would be highly advantageous
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all levels
*Confident and articulate
