Remuneration: £30,000 - £40,000

The role of the Estimator - Building Envelope will involve:
*Estimator position producing estimates for a range of industrial roofing and cladding solutions
*Review tender documents and produce high quality tender returns
*Utilise specialist estimating software to determine material costs
*Negotiate prices with supply chain and gather quotations for projects
*Liaise and build relationships with main contractor throughout the project and beyond
*Ensure that the internal CRM system is regularly updated
*Prioritise own work load to ensure deadlines are met
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Building Envelope experience with:
*Must have estimating experience within construction
*Ideally have experience estimating large projects
*Must be IT literate
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
*Excellent analytical and numerical skills
*Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
