Full job descriptionShift Engineer
Join a leading manufacturing organisation in Ledbury and become part of a skilled engineering team responsible for maintaining and improving critical production assets across the site.
Key Responsibilities*PPM and breakdown maintenance
*Fault finding and technical support
*Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
*Support safety and performance initiatives
Requirements*NVQ Level 3 Engineering minimum
*Multi-skilled electrical and mechanical experience
*Manufacturing background
*PLC, drives and pneumatics advantageous

*Varied manufacturing environment
*12 hour shifts 7-7 rotating 2 days on, 2 nights on then 5 days off - Sun-Fri only
