Full job descriptionAJ Chambers are partnering with a highly respected, multidisciplinary professional services firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor for its growing legal team.
Key Knowledge and Expertise:
*Qualified Solicitor with approximately 3–4 years’ PQE
*Valid Solicitor’s Practising Certificate
*Strong experience in corporate law
*Previous experience working within a partnership or professional services environment
*Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
*Commercially minded with strong problem-solving abilities
*Confident managing challenging situations and building client relationships
*Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
*Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
Key Areas of Work:
*Company law and general corporate advisory
*Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
*Group reorganisations and corporate restructuring
*Shareholder agreements and joint ventures
*Capital investments and strategic business transactions
*Working closely with tax and accountancy specialists to deliver commercially focused, integrated advice
