Full job descriptionMy client seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Account Manager to act as the key link between our clients and internal teams. This role is responsible for managing client relationships, taking and interpreting briefs, coordinating campaign delivery, and supporting the creation of engaging marketing content.
Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
*Meet with clients to discuss marketing objectives, gather campaign briefs, and provide ongoing updates.
*Translate client requirements into clear project plans and communicate these effectively to internal teams.
*Liaise with Content, Creative, Digital, and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
*Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
*Support the creation of marketing content, including social media posts, email campaigns, website copy, blogs, and marketing collateral.
*Review content and campaign assets to ensure quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
*Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with reports, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Skills & Experience
*Previous experience in Account Management, Marketing, Client Services, or a similar role.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients.
*Experience taking client briefs and managing projects from concept through to delivery.
*Hands-on content creation experience across digital marketing channels.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*A proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
