Key elements:
*Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
*Residential and commercial development projects
*Secured lending transactions
*Landlord and tenant matters
*Corporate real estate support for share and asset transactions
*Advising a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients across a broad range of commercial property matters
Qualifications/Experience:
*7 years’+ PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm
*A high attention to detail to produce work/ documentation which is consistently of a high standard
*Flexible, client-focused approach with excellent time management.
*Commercial mindset with an interest in business development.
*Strong networking skills or the ambition to build a client base.
*Passion for legal technology and AI-driven innovation.
