An established property firm based in Mayfair is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join its growing Prime Central London residential sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and commercially minded sales professional with a strong track record in London residential property sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate and win new residential sales instructions.
*Conduct property valuations and viewings.
*Negotiate offers and manage transactions through to completion.
*Build and maintain relationships with vendors, buyers, investors, and industry contacts.
*Consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
*Deliver exceptional client service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in London residential property sales.
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
*Strong knowledge of the Prime Central London market.
*Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
*Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
*Self-motivated, professional, and results-driven.
*Experience working with HNW and international clients is advantageous.
*Full right to work in the UK.
