Full job descriptionTalent Acquisition Partner, London £60,000 - £70,000 DOE + Package
We are recruiting on behalf of an ambitious, fast-growing organisation seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their people team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on building strong stakeholder relationships, sourcing high-caliber talent, and contributing directly to business growth.
The role will see you manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial briefing through, working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and attraction strategies.
You will actively source candidates, build talent pipelines and ensure a smooth and inclusive hiring process. You’ll play a key role in shaping and improving hiring processes, using data to inform decisions, and supporting hiring managers with coaching and best practice guidance.
The ideal candidate will have solid in-house recruitment experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and confidence in direct sourcing. Experience in high-growth, tech, consumer, or e-commerce environments would be advantageous, though not essential.
You should be proactive, organised, and comfortable managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced setting. The role offers a competitive salary, benefits, hybrid working, and genuine scope to influence talent strategy at a pivotal stage of growth. Due to the volume of applications, if you have not heard from us within 7 to 10 days, please assume that on this occasion, your application has not been successful.
