The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing technology team delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a combination of project delivery and platform enhancement, helping to improve business processes, automate workflows and enhance the end-user experience.
Working alongside technical specialists and automation teams, you will play a key role in designing, developing and optimising ServiceNow solutions with a particular focus on Virtual Agent and intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
*Design, develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, modules and integrations.
*Configure and enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent capabilities.
*Develop and support workflow automation using RPA technologies.
*Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
*Optimise platform performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.
*Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform and development standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
*Proven experience developing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
*Strong knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, scripting and integrations.
*Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
*Strong JavaScript development skills.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
*Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and business teams.
Essential Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
*Active SC (Security Check) Clearance.
*Sole UK National (dual nationality cannot be considered for this position).
*Eligible to work on secure UK Government programmes.
*Able to work in a hybrid environment, including client sites and UK offices as required.
