Senior Quality Engineer

Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum (DOE)


First Achieve Engineering Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading aerospace manufacturer in the recruitment of an experienced Senior Quality Engineer.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business, playing a key role in maintaining quality standards, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance within a highly regulated aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities*Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO9001 and customer requirements.
*Lead investigations into non-conformances, CAPAs and root cause analysis.
*Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs).
*Support internal, external and customer audits.
*Work closely with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support supplier quality activities.
About You*Previous Quality Engineering experience within aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment.
*Strong knowledge of AS9100 and quality management systems.
*Experience with FAIRs, NCRs, CAPA and root cause analysis.
*Able to interpret engineering drawings.
*Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
