Full job descriptionCredit Control Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with an exciting business who are seeking a Credit Control Manager to join their team.
Duties:
*Lead, coach, and develop the Credit Control team
*Oversee collections and ensure accurate payment processing
*Manage escalated debtor accounts and legal referrals
*Resolve customer disputes with internal stakeholders
*Maintain accurate customer account records
*Manage external debt collection agency relationships
*Drive process improvements and team efficiency
*Conduct one-to-one meetings and performance reviews.
Requirements:
*Have managed a team of Credit Controllers
*Good Excel knowledge/building KPI dashboards
*Lead by example
Salary and additional information:
*£50,000 - £60,000
*Hybrid (3 days in the office 2 days work from home)
