Are you an experienced Office & Facilities Manager who thrives on creating exceptional workplaces?
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised professional to lead the day-to-day operations of a prestigious Edinburgh office. You’ll oversee front-of-house services, facilities management, health & safety, workplace projects and sustainability initiatives, ensuring a safe, compliant and welcoming environment for employees and visitors alike.
What you’ll be doing:
*Leading and developing the Front of House team.
*Managing office operations, facilities and workplace services.
*Driving health & safety compliance, fire safety and workplace wellbeing.
*Managing suppliers, contractors, budgets and service contracts.
*Coordinating office moves, maintenance and workplace improvement projects.
*Supporting corporate events and delivering an outstanding employee and visitor experience.
*Championing sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement.

*Previous experience in office, facilities or workplace management.
*Strong leadership and people management skills.
*Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
*Knowledge of health & safety and workplace compliance.
