M4 Specialist is recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers on behalf of a well-established client based in Worksop. We have ongoing opportunities available with a variety of shift patterns to suit your lifestyle.
Pay Rates
*Days: £21.28.00 per hour
*Nights: £23.00 per hour
*Overtime (after 10 hours): £24.73 per hour
*Saturday: £24.73 per hour
*Sunday & Bank Holidays: £25.88 per hour

Available Shift Patterns
Choose from a range of fixed working patterns including:
*4 on / 4 off
*Thursday-Monday
*4 on 3 off (including Saturday and Sunday)
Part-time roles available. Open to discuss other shift patterns.
Start Times
Flexible start windows available throughout the day and night:
*00:00–04:00
*08:00-12:00
*12:00-16:00
*16:00-20:00
*20:00-00:00
Typical shifts are around 12 hours.
The Role
As a Class 1 Driver, you’ll be delivering goods to stores and distribution locations across the South of England.
The role involves delivering cages and totes. Depending on the route, you may work with a Driver’s Mate or complete deliveries independently. You’ll be expected to provide a professional and reliable service while ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time.
What We’re Looking For
To be considered for this role, you’ll need:
*A valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence (held for a minimum of 2 years)
*A valid Driver CPC qualification
*A Digital Tachograph Card
*No more than 6 penalty points (SP or TS offences only)
*A good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
*A professional, reliable approach with a strong commitment to safety and customer service
