Full job descriptionAJ Chambers are partnering with a leading global professional services firm to recruit an Employment Solicitor to join its growing Legal 500-ranked Employment team.
Key Areas of Work:
*Advising on UK employment law matters
*Employment status, equal pay and holiday pay
*Employment tribunal claims and dispute resolution
*Employment due diligence on corporate transactions
*Regulatory and compliance matters
*Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers
*Business development and client relationship management
Key Requirements:
*Qualified Employment Solicitor with strong knowledge of UK employment law
*Experience advising on employment status, holiday pay, equal pay, National Minimum Wage, Employment Tribunal claims and employment due diligence
*Proven ability to manage a varied caseload and consistently meet client deadlines
*Strong client relationship management skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
*Experience working collaboratively on corporate transactions and wider employment law projects
*Advocacy experience and/or experience dealing with regulatory investigations or inspections is advantageous
*Commercially minded with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*A collaborative team player with a genuine interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth
