The OpportunityYou’ll join a specialist Financial Services team recruiting qualified finance professionals into investment firms, wealth managers, private banks, insurance businesses and FinTech organisations.
Your first six to nine months will focus on learning recruitment properly. You’ll receive structured training while supporting experienced consultants on live assignments, developing your market knowledge and building relationships with high-calibre candidates.
Unlike many graduate recruitment roles, you’ll be working with experienced professionals and senior hiring managers from the very beginning, giving you exposure to consultative recruitment and high-value assignments.
As your confidence grows, you’ll take ownership of your own recruitment processes before progressing into a Consultant role, where you’ll manage client relationships, develop business and build your own specialist market.

The RoleAs an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
*Source and engage high-quality finance professionals across the Financial Services market
*Build long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers
*Support experienced consultants on retained and exclusive recruitment assignments

Who We’re Looking ForThis opportunity is ideal for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who are looking for a genuine long-term career.
You’ll likely have gained some commercial experience through sales, estate agency, hospitality, events, retail or another customer-facing environment and be confident speaking with professionals at all levels.
