We’re currently recruiting experienced Band 5 RMNs to join our growing team, with opportunities to work long day and night shifts across a variety of mental health services.

The RoleAs a Band 5 RMN, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within inpatient mental health settings. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams to support patients with a range of mental health conditions while promoting recovery, dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver safe, effective and compassionate mental health nursing care.
*Undertake patient assessments and contribute to care planning.
*Administer medication in accordance with NMC guidelines and local policies.
*Monitor, evaluate and accurately document patient progress.
*Respond appropriately to challenging situations, ensuring the safety of patients and colleagues.
*Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Requirements*Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration.
*Minimum of 6 months’ recent NHS or UK mental health experience.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work effectively in fast-paced clinical environments.
*PMVA/MAPA training is desirable but not essential.
