The Residential Real Estate Solicitor will be:
*Managing residential development transactions from start to finish.
*Advising developers, investors and public sector clients.
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
*Supporting business development initiatives.
*Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
Profile
The Residential Real Estate Solicitor should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 6+ years’ PQE.
*Experienced in residential development transactions.
*Commercially minded with strong client management skills.
*Comfortable supervising and developing junior lawyers.
