About the Role


We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Staff Nurse to join our inpatient ward team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in a surgical ward environment to work within a high-quality private healthcare setting, delivering exceptional patient care throughout the patient journey.


Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient experience.


Key Responsibilities
*Deliver safe, effective and patient-centred nursing care.
*Assess, plan and evaluate care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
*Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs.
*Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and NMC guidelines.
*Collaborate with consultants, healthcare professionals and support staff to provide outstanding patient outcomes.
*Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
*Promote a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult).
*Previous experience working on a surgical ward within a hospital setting.
*Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
*A commitment to delivering high standards of patient care.
*The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
