*Sellick Partnership is looking for an Adult Social Care Lawyer to join a respected local authority team on a remote working basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and competent team.

Key Responsibilities of an Adult Social Care Lawyer include:
*Managing a caseload of a range of ASC matters
*To advise on sensitive ASC matters
*Judicial review advice
*Deprivation of Liberty (DOLs)
*Court of Protection (COP)
Desirable Skills and Requirements of an Adult Social Care Lawyer:
*Previous experience working in Adult Social Care.
*Previous experience working in the public sector/local authorities.
