Up to £48,000 + £4,000 joining bonus
Full-time | Term-time (with flexibility)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join a specialist school setting in Hambridge, supporting children and young people with a range of complex communication needs.


This is a rewarding opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, where your clinical expertise will have a direct impact on improving outcomes for young people.


The Role


You will:
*Deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis and intervention
*Develop and implement tailored therapy programmes
*Work closely with teaching staff and clinical colleagues
*Contribute to EHCPs and ongoing reviews
*Support communication strategies within the wider school environment
What We’re Looking For
*HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
*Experience working within children’s services / education / specialist settings
*Strong understanding of communication needs, autism, and complex profiles
*Ability to manage a caseload independently
*Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
