Working remotely, you will support one of the firm’s major clients on a broad range of commercial matters, becoming an extension of their in-house legal function and providing practical, business-focused legal advice.
Description
*Advising on a range of commercial contracts and day-to-day legal matters.
*Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
*Providing pragmatic legal support to key business stakeholders.
*Working closely with both the client and wider legal teams to deliver high-quality legal services.
*Assisting with contract management and risk assessment activities.
Profile
*UK-qualified senior solicitor with experience gained at a reputable law firm and/or in-house legal team.
*Strong commercial contracts experience.
*Able to work independently and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
*Comfortable operating in a client-facing environment and providing practical legal solutions.
*Available to start at short notice.
