Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer looking to join a friendly, supportive law firm where you’ll be valued as part of the team? You’ll become part of a welcoming Residential Property team where colleagues support one another, share knowledge and celebrate success together.
What you’ll be doing:
*Managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
*Handling a wide range of residential property matters with confidence and independence
*Reviewing titles, raising enquiries and preparing contracts
*Keeping clients, estate agents and lenders updated throughout the transaction
*Delivering an excellent client experience while ensuring matters progress efficiently
About you:
*Ideally 2+ years’ experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
*Strong case management and organisational skills
*Confident handling residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
*Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
*A proactive team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
