About the RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Fundraising Manager to develop and grow fundraising income through individual giving, major donors, legacies, corporate partnerships and fundraising campaigns.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing, Communications & Development, you’ll build strong supporter relationships, lead fundraising initiatives and help deliver long-term sustainable income.
Key Responsibilities*Develop and deliver the fundraising strategy
*Grow individual giving, legacy and major donor programmes
*Build and manage corporate partnerships
*Plan fundraising campaigns and events
*Produce engaging fundraising communications
*Manage donor stewardship and supporter relationships
*Monitor budgets, KPIs and fundraising performance
*Ensure fundraising complies with relevant legislation and best practice
About YouYou’ll have:
*At least 5 years’ fundraising experience
*Charity fundraising experience
*Proven success in individual giving, donor stewardship and fundraising campaigns
*Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
*Experience managing fundraising budgets and CRM systems
*Strong organisational and project management skills
*A proactive, creative and target-driven approach
Experience within a faith-based organisation and membership of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising would be advantageous.
An enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references will be required.
