What You’ll Receive
*Competitive basic salary of £28,000–£30,000
*Realistic first-year earnings of £52,000+ OTE

Your Responsibilities
*Identify, attract and interview high-calibre graduate candidates
*Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
*Manage recruitment processes from initial briefing through to offer acceptance
*Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and proactive outreach
*Achieve individual targets while earning uncapped commission

*Graduates completing their degree in 2026 , or completed their degree in 2025
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
